Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is available to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are working hard to make delivery available to all Gulf and Arab countries.
  • The store does not modify the address and provides the shipping company with the address exactly as the customer entered it.
  • Once an order has been shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.

-Shipping and Delivery Costs

Shipping and delivery are free to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for orders exceeding 400 riyals; for orders below that amount, a fee of 30 riyals applies (shipping via Aramex-SMSA), except for Riyadh and Jeddah, where the minimum order amount is 300 riyals and delivery is free.

-Does the store offer cash on delivery?

Yes, and there is an additional fee of 20 riyals.

-Order Processing and Shipping Procedure

Immediately after payment, your order will be processed and handed over to the shipping company (Aramex-SMSA) within one business day.

*Note: The day of the order and Friday are not included in the delivery period.

-Order Receipt Dates

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and is estimated to be 2–3 business days. Please note that once your order is ready and handed over to the shipping carrier, the tracking number will be sent to your cell phone. Exceptions apply to Riyadh and Jeddah, where delivery is handled directly by our representatives, and in-person pickup is available at our branch in Riyadh.

An order may be delayed for reasons attributable to the customer, such as the customer’s absence from the delivery location, failure to respond to a call from the delivery representative, or a request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.

-Track the shipment

After handing the package over to the shipping company, you must follow up with them using the shipping invoice number that was sent to you, as the package is now the shipping company’s responsibility. If the customer does not receive a message with the tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the store to obtain the tracking information.

If a shipment is returned due to non-delivery and the customer does not contact the store within 3 business days, the store has the right to dispose of the shipment.

-The risk of getting lost

All purchases from the Yufi Por store are processed in accordance with the shipping terms, which means that the risk of loss is your responsibility once we have handed the shipment over to the carrier.


Exchange and Return Policy

1 – Return and Exchange Policy:

Exchanges and returns are permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect within 3 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented or attached; the company reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on its technical maintenance report.

2 – Return and Exchange Policy:

• This policy applies provided that the product is in its original, unopened packaging as it was at the time of purchase.

• The original shipping fees will be deducted from the product price if the customer requests a refund for the product.

• Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect may be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer hands them over to the shipping company for return to our warehouses.

3 – Return and Exchange Procedures:

A customer may exchange a product with a manufacturing defect for the same product or for a product with higher specifications, provided they pay the price difference.

4 – Return Methods:

To receive a refund for purchases made via electronic payment, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow up on the refund process through their bank.

5 – Exceptions Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy:

  • When a return request is submitted after the specified time.
  •  When using or benefiting from the product.
  • Products delivered without price tags, labels, or the original packaging, or with any of their accessories missing.
  • -Non-replaceable products are any items that violate or fall outside the warranty terms, such as (malfunctions and damage resulting from misuse; products that have been opened and are no longer in their original condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure of the product to water – any third-party maintenance – total or partial malfunction of the device when using accessories that are incompatible with the device’s specifications).
