We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of the Terms of Service. This is done by posting updates and changes on our website.

It is your responsibility to periodically review our website for any changes. Your continued use of or access to our website after any changes to these terms and conditions have been posted constitutes acceptance of them.

– Ziad Alkhair Trading Company guarantees the device sold for two years from the date of the invoice.

– This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or breakage resulting from transportation, misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.

– The warranty also does not cover malfunctions resulting from the use of an unsuitable power source, or the use of an electric generator with unstable current. This includes visible burns on the main panel.

– The company is not liable for damages resulting from poor transportation or loading. It is also not liable for damages resulting from changing the device's settings without sufficient knowledge of them.

– The warranty includes free repair of the device or replacement of the parts in the event of a manufacturer defect.

– The warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.

– The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from the repair or maintenance of the device by a third party other than our company.

– The original invoice must be brought when any warranty or invoice contents related review is conducted.

– According to the agencies’ policies, the warranty is only for the device. It does not cover the accessories or the ultraviolet lamp of the counterfeit detection device.

– The warranty covers devices against manufacturing defects. Maintenance work is carried out after the device is received by the customer at the branch.

– The company is not obligated to send a representative to pick up the device from the customer.

– The device is excluded from the warranty if the serial number on the device is damaged or scratched.

– The products covered by the warranty that cannot be repaired will be replaced with the same product if the product is available.

– In the event that the product itself is not available, it will be replaced with a newer product, with the customer paying the difference in the fair usage value.
