We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

- Ziad Al-Khair Trading Company warrants the sold device for a period of two years from the date of the invoice.
- This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or breakage resulting from shipping or misuse – negligence – natural disasters – an incorrect power source – or the use of a generator with unstable current (evidence of burn marks on the main circuit board). The company is not liable for damage resulting from improper transportation or loading, or from changes to settings made without proper knowledge.
- The warranty covers free repair or replacement of parts in the event of a manufacturing defect; it does not entitle the customer to a product replacement or refund.
- The warranty does not cover equipment malfunctions resulting from repairs performed by a third party other than our company.
- The original invoice must be presented for any review regarding its contents.
- According to agency policies, the warranty covers the device only and does not include accessories or the UV lamp for the scanner.
- The warranty covers devices against manufacturing defects, and maintenance is performed after the device is received from the customer at the branch; the company is not obligated to send a representative to pick up the device.

- The device is excluded from the warranty if the serial number on the device is defaced or scratched.
- Products covered by the warranty that cannot be repaired will be replaced with an identical model, if available, or with a newer model, provided the customer pays the difference based on fair use.
