How can I track the status of my order?

When will my package arrive?

If the order status is "Shipped":

– For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivery takes two to five business days.

-Riyadh and Jeddah on the same day.

What payment methods are available?

• Payment via Mada, Visa, or MasterCard.
• Pay with Apple Pay.
• Cash on Delivery (Aramex).
• Direct bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.

I can't pay with my Mada card. Why?

We accept payment via Mada. If you encounter a problem during the payment process, please check your bank account and make sure that online payments are enabled on your card.
